Job Title : Solution Architect (ServiceNow)

Location : PAN India

Experience : 9+ years (8 - 10 years in Solution Architecture)

Role Overview :

Solution Architect II will be responsible for product roadmap definition and execution. The role involves working across product teams to ensure solutions are architected following enterprise architecture principles, aligned with overall product strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Roadmap Definition :

- Define and evolve product line/product roadmaps.

- Analyse current business application architecture to identify weaknesses and improvement opportunities.

- Develop migration strategies to close gaps between current and future states of product architecture.

Product Roadmap Execution :

- Act as Architect Lead for initiatives, projects (Waterfall), and Epics/ARTs (Agile).

- Liaise with other solution architects to integrate enterprise, solution, information, and technology viewpoints.

- Validate solution architecture for compliance with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.

- Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure initiatives contribute to closing capability gaps.

- Build and maintain Solution Architecture Design (SAD) documents, ensuring completeness.

- Document solutions in MEGA.

- Ensure functional and technical dependencies, including security aspects, are addressed.

- Guarantee architectural coherence for cross-product, cross-vertical, and cross-horizontal initiatives.

- Maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADR), assess reuse-buy-build scenarios.

- Guide engineering teams to adopt appropriate and modern technology stacks.
