Solution Architect - SAP FICO

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect comprehensive SAP FICO solutions that align with client business requirements and industry best practices.

- Lead the functional and technical design phases for FICO modules, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Provide expert guidance and support throughout at least one full lifecycle SAP FICO implementation.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for various financial processes, including :

- Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical designs.

- Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of FICO solutions.

- Provide post-implementation support and optimization strategies.

- Mentor and guide junior team members on FICO best practices and technical aspects.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Experience : Minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 1 full end-to-end implementation experience.

FICO Expertise : In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience across all core SAP

Solution Design : Proven ability to design scalable and effective SAP FICO solutions.

Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes and provide technical solutions.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.

Leadership : Ability to lead discussions, influence decisions, and guide project teams.
