We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions within a complex, multi-ERP environment, with a strong focus on SAP ECC and its surrounding ecosystem.

This is a delivery-focused architecture role requiring deep technical expertise, strong integration experience, and the ability to translate architectural vision into practical, scalable solution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end solution architecture across multiple enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals

- Design and deliver scalable, resilient, and high-performance solutions in a highly integrated environment

- Develop detailed architecture artifacts, including solution designs, data flows, and integration patterns aligned with enterprise standards (e.g., TOGAF or similar frameworks)

- Collaborate closely with development, integration, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful implementation of architectural designs

- Define and govern integration approaches across SAP and non-SAP systems, including API-led, event-driven, and middleware-based integrations

- Lead solution-level data architecture, including data flows, transformations, master data alignment, and governance

- Ensure consistency, quality, and ownership of data across multiple systems and platforms

- Evaluate technical options and guide stakeholders on trade-offs, risks, and best-fit solutions

- Drive alignment between business requirements and technical implementation across distributed teams

Required Experience & Skills :

- 15+ years of overall IT experience with a strong foundation in development or technical leadership roles

- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments

- Strong hands-on experience working with SAP ECC in multi-ERP landscapes

- Proven experience designing and delivering highly integrated enterprise solutions

- Expertise in integrating SAP with external/non-SAP systems

- Strong understanding of :

1. Enterprise integration patterns (API-led, event-driven architectures, middleware)

2. Data architecture and cross-system data modeling

3. End-to-end business process integration

- Experience in producing structured architecture documentation using recognized frameworks (e.g., TOGAF or similar)

- Experience working in global, distributed team environments

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
