Solution Architect - Salesforce Platform

Solution Design & Architecture :

- Good experience as a Solution Architect, someone should be able to design, troubleshooting and bug fixing when required.

- Define technical standards, best practices, and frameworks to ensure high-quality solution delivery.

- Translate business requirements into technical blueprints and system designs.

Troubleshooting & Bug Fixing :

- Act as the go-to expert for diagnosing and resolving complex Salesforce issues.

- Perform deep root cause analysis for bugs, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks.

- Implement permanent fixes and recommend preventive measures to improve platform stability.

Technical Leadership & Development :

- Provide hands-on guidance in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL) when required.

- Mentor and support teams in troubleshooting and debugging.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to align solutions with business goals.

- Communicate technical solutions and trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Partner with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow across enterprise systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of Salesforce development, solution design experience and atleast 2-3 years of solution architect experience working currently.

- Strong background in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, APIs, Integration).

- Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and bug fixing in Salesforce environments.

- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions.

- Salesforce certifications preferred.

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect

- Salesforce Certified System Architect

- Salesforce Platform Developer II (nice to have)

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and deliver under pressure.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
