Solution Architect - Python/Java/React.js

Position Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect / Technical Lead to spearhead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions across banking, e-commerce, and e-learning domains. This role requires strong technical acumen, leadership capabilities, and cross-domain experience to align business objectives with modern architectural strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architectural Design : Define and architect robust, end-to-end solutions that align with business goals and domain-specific requirements.

- Technology Strategy : Develop and execute a future-ready technology strategy focused on scalability, performance, and security.

- Technical Leadership : Provide hands-on guidance to engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

- System Integration : Lead the seamless integration of diverse systems, ensuring efficient interoperability across platforms.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, UI/UX teams, and business stakeholders to deliver technically sound and business-aligned solutions.

- Security & Compliance : Ensure platform compliance with security and regulatory requirements, especially in banking and e-commerce verticals.

- Performance Optimization : Drive system performance improvements through techniques like load balancing, caching, and query optimization.

- Microservices Architecture : Design and implement microservices-based architectures to enable modular, resilient, and scalable systems.

- Cloud Architecture : Develop and manage cloud strategies leveraging services from AWS, Azure, or GCP. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps pipelines, and cost optimization practices.

- Code Quality & Standards : Establish best practices for clean code, enforce coding standards, and conduct code reviews to maintain a high-quality codebase.

- Risk Management : Proactively identify architectural risks and implement mitigation plans during the design and planning phases.

- Innovation & Continuous Improvement : Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends. Champion continuous improvement initiatives across teams.

- Project Execution : Lead the execution of technical projects, manage timelines, and ensure quality deliverables that meet or exceed business expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, with 4+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles.

- Proven expertise across banking, e-commerce, and e-learning domains, with the ability to navigate technical complexities unique to each.

- Hands-on experience in architecting secure, scalable, and cloud-native applications using microservices and serverless paradigms.

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Django.

- Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native services, and DevOps automation.

- Strong database design skills with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) systems.

- Solid understanding of security practices, including data encryption, OAuth, JWT, SSO, GDPR, and PCI-DSS compliance.

- Experience designing and managing RESTful and GraphQL APIs, with a focus on performance and security.

- Demonstrated leadership in guiding, mentoring, and motivating engineering teams in an agile environment.

- Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written-with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

- Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or CISSP are a strong advantage.

- Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.

- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, or similar DevOps tools.

- Exposure to AI/ML technologies and their applications in banking, commerce, or learning platforms is a plus.
