Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with strong expertise in Python backend ecosystems and React-based frontend architectures, capable of driving end-to-end product solutioning. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions while leveraging modern development practices, AI capabilities, and collaborative tools.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Solution Architecture & Design :

- Define scalable, modular, and maintainable architecture for web-based products.

- Translate product requirements into technical design, system architecture, and data flow diagrams.

- Lead technology selection decisions aligned with business and product strategy.

- Ensure adherence to microservices, API-first, and cloud-native design principles.

2. Backend Development (Python) :

- Architect and guide development using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask).

- Design robust RESTful APIs / GraphQL services.

- Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability of backend systems.

3. Frontend Architecture (React) :

- Define architecture for React-based applications (state management, component design, performance optimization).

- Enforce best practices for UI scalability, reusability, and responsiveness.

4. AI & Intelligent Systems Integration :

- Design and integrate AI/ML components (LLMs, NLP pipelines, recommendation engines).

- Work with AI APIs, vector databases, and model orchestration frameworks.

- Evaluate opportunities for automation and intelligent product features.

5. DevOps & Development Workflow :

- Establish development workflows using GitHub (branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines).

- Ensure effective use of Jira for sprint planning, tracking, and delivery governance.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment architecture (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms).

6. Product Solutioning :

- Work closely with product managers to convert business problems into technical solutions.

- Provide effort estimation, technical feasibility analysis, and roadmap inputs.

- Drive MVP to production lifecycle with a product mindset.

7. Technical Leadership :

- Mentor engineering teams and conduct design reviews and code quality audits.

- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.

- Act as the technical escalation point for complex system challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).

- Advanced knowledge of React.js, Redux/Zustand, modern frontend tooling.

- Experience with API design, microservices, and distributed systems.

- Hands-on experience with GitHub (PR workflows, CI/CD).

- Proficiency in Jira / Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

AI & Modern Tech :

- Experience working with LLMs, AI APIs, or ML pipelines is highly preferred.

- Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and AI integration patterns.

Architecture & Design :

Strong grasp of :

- System design principles

- Scalability & performance tuning

- Security best practices

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in product-based companies or startup environments.

- Exposure to SaaS architecture and multi-tenant systems.
