We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to define and execute the strategy for our Pharma practice. The role entails working with Senior Enterprise Leaders to identify problems of value and design the optimal solution. In addition, the role would require defining the strategy to ensure maximum effectiveness of the practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities :

As a Solutions Architect - Pharma in the Solutioning Team, you will be leading the Pharma practice to ensure effective positioning of offerings and expertise.

As a Solutions Architect - Pharma, your role will entail :

- Defining the strategy around the positioning and offerings of the Pharma practice.

- Provide guidance and intel to the GTM teams as they operationalize Pharma growth strategies.

- Lead conversations with enterprise stakeholders to assess their current state and identify problems of business value.

- Lead the research and operations practice to design best-in-class solutions for identified problems.

- Lead teams to design and create effective ways of working processes.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating client requirements into tailored data and analytics solutions.

- Demonstrate proficiency in estimating and aligning a realistic end-to-end data science project roadmap, ensuring stakeholder buy-in.

- Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring team members, promoting continuous learning, and encouraging innovation.

- Exhibit strong understanding of business needs and translate technical insights into business value, acting as a strategic partner in decision-making.

- Articulate complex data science problems clearly for diverse stakeholders.

- Demonstrate strong presentation skills in pitch meetings and workshops.

- Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- Influence key decision-makers through strong business communication and persuasion skills.

Skills Required :

- Expertise in leading data and analytics projects in Pharma Manufacturing.

- Experience in solution design across multiple functional areas within Pharma.

- Strong ability to create and present data-driven business stories.

- Experience working with senior stakeholders in global enterprises.

- Team management and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualification : Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
