Job Description :

OTM Solution Architect (Cloud ): Design and deliver scalable OTM solutions by translating business requirements into efficient configurations, working closely with platform owners and engineering teams.

Key Skills Required :

- Strong OTM Cloud expertise (core modules) including shipment planning, rating, and freight settlement.

- Agents, workflows, and automation design.

- REST API integrations.

- Data analytics and reporting.

- Strong logistics and supply chain domain knowledge.

- Problem-solving and strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in global logistics environments (North America preferred).

- Project management and delivery experience.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong OTM Cloud techno-functional expertise.

- OTM workbenches, agents, workflows, and UI configuration.

- REST APIs, JSON/XML integrations, and web services.

- Strong SQL, data model, and reporting knowledge.

- Supply chain and transportation domain expertise.

- Solution design, architecture, and fit-gap analysis.

- Testing (SIT/UAT) and deployment experience.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end OTM solutions and define architecture standards.

- Perform requirement analysis and fit-gap assessment.

- Configure OTM modules (Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Management).

- Develop agents, workflows, UI personalization, and automation.

- Design and manage integrations (REST, JSON, XML, web services).

- Build reports, dashboards, and business insights.

- Lead testing phases (CRP, SIT, UAT) and ensure quality delivery.

- Manage deployment, cutover, and go-live activities.

- Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvements.
