Location is Doha, Qatar. Its an on-site job.


Role : Solution Architect Oracle Fusion HCM


Solution Design & Architecture :


- Define end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations.


- Ensure integration with ERP, Payroll, and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS.


- Design scalable solutions for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules.


Implementation & Delivery :


- Lead full lifecycle implementations: requirement gathering, CRP, configuration, testing, and go-live.


- Develop technical components including HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI, HDL/HSDL loaders, and Fast Formulas.


- Oversee data migration strategies and ensure compliance with security standards.


Stakeholder Management :


- Collaborate with business teams to align HCM processes with organizational goals.


- Provide guidance to functional and technical teams during project execution.


Performance & Optimization :


- Conduct system health checks and recommend optimizations.


- Implement best practices for reporting and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher


- Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting.


- Strong knowledge of integration architecture and OIC.


- Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher.


- Proven ability to design real-time inbound/outbound integrations.


- Familiarity with security roles, approval workflows, and compliance.


- Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.


- Knowledge of Redwood UI, Page Composer, and HCM Experience Design Studio.


- Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud and OCI.


- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.


- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.


- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
