Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and Python to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of modern, scalable, and secure applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to guide engineering teams in building high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architecture & Technical Leadership

- Lead end-to-end solution design, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance across applications.

- Architect and design distributed systems leveraging Node.js, React.js, and Python.

- Define best practices and architectural guidelines for front-end, back-end, APIs, and data handling.

- Evaluate technologies, frameworks, and tools to recommend optimal solutions for business needs.

- System Design & Development

- Architect microservices-based applications using Node.js and modern cloud frameworks.

- Work closely with front-end teams to design high-performing UIs using React.js.

- Use Python for backend components, automation scripts, data processing, or ML integration as required.

- Design RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs that are secure, scalable, and high performing.

- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

- Work with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and future roadmaps.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications and end-to-end architecture diagrams.

- Support development teams with clarifications, code reviews, and technical mentoring.

- Cloud, DevOps & Integration

- Architect solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with focus on scalability and cost optimization.

- Integrate DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Ensure robust security, monitoring, and logging architectures across applications.

- Quality, Governance & Documentation

- Ensure compliance with coding standards, architectural principles, and security best practices.

- Provide architectural documentation, sequence diagrams, and high-level design documents.

- Conduct design reviews, performance assessments, and optimization recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect in modern web application development.

Strong hands-on experience with :

- Node.js (Express, Nest.js or similar frameworks)

- React.js (Hooks, Redux, state management patterns)

- Python (Flask, Django, FastAPI or scripting-based architecture)

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, asynchronous patterns, and event-driven systems.

- Strong experience in REST APIs, GraphQL, and distributed system design.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and deployment patterns.

- Experience with database systems - both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).

- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based architectures.
