Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Solution Architect to lead the comprehensive implementation, optimization, and integration of our NetSuite platform. The role demands a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership ability to ensure seamless integration of NetSuite across diverse business functions.

You will be responsible for :

- Driving automation of business processes.

- Integrating AI-driven functionalities into NetSuite.

- Building robust reporting and analytics solutions.

- Leading end-to-end system integration between NetSuite and tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Office 365, PowerBI, and Keka (HCM).

- Ensuring data integrity, consistency, and governance across platforms.

- Overseeing NetSuite-related projects to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.

- Staying current on NetSuite updates, new features, and industry best practices to recommend and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and support.

- Design and configure custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet evolving business needs.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.

- Develop and implement integration strategies with CRM, HRMS, BI, and collaboration tools.

- Define and enforce data standards, governance policies, and process automation.

- Provide technical leadership, best practice guidance, and mentorship to internal teams and consultants.

- Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors.

Requirements :

- 1014 years of professional experience, with strong expertise in NetSuite architecture, implementation, and optimization.

- Proven track record of end-to-end NetSuite implementations in enterprise-scale organizations.

- Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteCloud development framework.

- Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations.

- Experience integrating NetSuite with platforms like Salesforce, Jira, Office 365, PowerBI, and HCM systems (e.g., Keka).

- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven solutions and their integration into ERP workflows (preferred).

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work effectively with global teams, ensuring at least 4 hours of overlap with US counterparts.
