As a Solution Architect, you will serve as the technical anchor for high-impact projects, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable software execution. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and key stakeholders to design and implement end-to-end architectures that are secure, resilient, and performant. Your daily focus will involve navigating technical trade-offs, mentoring senior developers, and ensuring that the architectural vision aligns with long-term business objectives, ultimately driving the technical strategy for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and document comprehensive system architectures that leverage microservices to ensure modularity and high availability for enterprise-grade applications.

- Lead the technical migration of legacy systems to cloud-native environments, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal resource utilization.

- Define security standards and compliance protocols across the development lifecycle to protect sensitive data and mitigate infrastructure vulnerabilities.

- Collaborate with engineering leads to implement containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes, streamlining deployment pipelines and operational efficiency.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge, providing technical recommendations that support business growth and scalability.

- Mentor senior engineering teams on best practices in coding, system design, and performance optimization to foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex distributed systems using .Net, Java, and Node.js ecosystems.

- Proven ability to architect and deploy microservices-based applications within public or hybrid cloud environments.

- Hands-on experience in managing container orchestration platforms, specifically Kubernetes and Docker, to support large-scale production workloads.

- Strong understanding of security-by-design principles, including identity management, encryption, and secure API development.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate intricate technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to lead technical discussions and drive consensus across diverse teams in a high-pressure, professional environment.

- Minimum of 10 to 18 years of relevant experience in software architecture and enterprise-level system design.
