Solution Architect - Native Cloud

ClrSlate is building a cloud agnostic Platform Engineering product that fuses Kubernetes, DevOps tooling and workflow automation so startups and mid size companies can ship secure, scalable software fasterwithout needing a bench of cloud experts. Were early founder funded, and laser focused on launching our V1.

What youll do :

- Design end to end, cloud native architectures on AWS, Azure, and GCP that leverage ClrSlate for CI/CD, IaC, and workflow automation

- Lead discovery workshops and technical deep dives with prospects and customers to translate business requirements into

platform solutions

- Author reference architectures, deployment blueprints, and best practice guides for multi cloud, Kubernetes based environments

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to feed customer insights into the roadmapespecially around AI agent integration and self service workflows

- Drive proof of concepts and pilot implementations, ensuring seamless onboarding, performance tuning, and security compliance

Must haves :

- 8+ years as a Cloud or Solutions Architect designing and delivering production systems in AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Deep expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration (EKS/AKS/GKE)

- Hands on experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates)

- Strong background in CI/CD tools and GitOps patterns (ArgoCD, Tekton, GitHub Actions, etc.)

- Excellent communicator and collaborator- able to lead technical workshops and write clear architecture docs

Nice to haves :

- Familiarity with AI/LLM agents, chat ops integrations, or AI driven automation

- Exposure to internal developer portals or platform engineering frameworks

- Security certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Solutions Architect Professional, CISSP)

- Experience in early stage startups or rapid growth environments
