Solution Architect - MS Dynamics 365/F&O

We are seeking an experienced D365 AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect to join our growing digital transformation team.

This role requires a strong leader with in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O platform and extensive experience delivering large-scale ERP implementations.

You will play a critical role in shaping solution strategy, architectural governance, integration design, and aligning technology solutions with business needs across enterprise-wide projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations and upgrades, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business strategy.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define solution roadmaps, assess TCO, and plan implementation strategies that align with organizational goals.

- Drive architectural decisions across functional areas including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Production, and Procurement.

- Design and oversee data migration, integration strategies, and cloud deployment models (including hybrid environments).

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, developers, and functional consultants across full project life cycles.

- Leverage tools like LCS (Lifecycle Services) for project management, system diagnostics, and performance optimization.

- Evaluate and integrate third-party ISV solutions, ensuring compatibility and business value.

- Enforce architectural best practices, compliance standards, and ensure consistency across environments.

- Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and proactively identify performance and scalability improvements.

- Participate in pre-sales efforts, including solution estimation, proposal development, and client presentations where needed.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12 to 15 years of experience in ERP and enterprise application architecture, with at least 5+ years on Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O.

- Proven success in multi-country rollouts and complex D365 F&O implementations.

- Deep understanding of D365 F&O architecture, extensibility patterns, data entities, and integrations.

- Strong expertise in core functional modules :

1. Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)

2. Supply Chain Management (Inventory, Procurement, Warehousing)

3. Production and Manufacturing

- Strong experience working with Microsoft LCS, DevOps, and deployment lifecycle tools.

- Experience with Azure cloud services, cloud architecture patterns, and environments supporting D365 deployments.

- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 (Functional and/or Technical) are required
