Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Pre-Sales & Solutioning :

- Lead the response to RFIs/RFPs, including solution architecture, proposal writing, and estimation (man-days, licensing, etc.).

- Collaborate with sales teams to shape go-to-market offerings and customer engagements.

- Present solutions to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting business value and technical feasibility.

Delivery Leadership :

- Lead the design and delivery of large-scale, multi-country Dynamics 365 CE implementations across various industries.

- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Dynamics CE, including Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Guide and review system design, configurations, custom development, and integration with third-party systems.

Technical & Functional Expertise :

- Drive adoption of out-of-the-box features to reduce customizations and enhance scalability.

- Stay current with new Dynamics 365 features, platform updates, and industry trends.

- Provide architectural guidance on solutioning using Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure integrations, and Common Data Model.

Domain-Specific Responsibilities :

- Leverage domain knowledge to design aviation industry-specific implementations using Dynamics 365 CE.

- Collaborate with product and industry teams to develop reusable assets and templates.

Team Leadership & Collaboration :

- Lead cross-functional delivery teams, mentor consultants, and ensure high standards in implementation.

- Collaborate with client stakeholders, developers, and architects to ensure alignment with business goals and technical vision.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) solution architecture and implementation.

- Minimum of 7 to 8 full-cycle Dynamics 365 CE implementations, including multi-country rollouts.

Deep knowledge of :

- Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules

- Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI

- Dynamics 365 Customizations (Workflows, Plugins, Business Rules)

- Integration with external systems via Azure Services / APIs / Logic Apps / Custom Connectors

- Experience in preparing technical and functional design documents, data models, and architecture blueprints.

- Proven track record in pre-sales, including proposal writing, estimation, SOW creation, and client presentations.

- Strong understanding of Dataverse, Security Model, Solution Packaging, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) in D365 CE.

- Ability to balance technical depth with business communication and stakeholder management.

- Experience in the aviation domain is a strong plus.

Preferred Certifications :

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate

- Azure Fundamentals / Azure Architect certifications (nice to have)
