Solution Architect - MS Dynamics 365

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Presales Engagement :

- Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and craft winning proposals

- Bring consulting and solution driven approach to wining deals in CX solution area

- Drive discovery workshops to capture CX business objectives, pain points, and success metrics

Solution Architecture & Design :

- Define high-level and detailed solution blueprints spanning CRM, Commerce, ECM, Portals

- Rapidly prototype POCs and interactive demos showcasing solution value and extensibility

- Tailor demos to client-specific scenarios using CX platform SDKs and low-code tools

Client Interfacing & Stakeholder Management :

- Present architectures, roadmaps, and governance frameworks to executive and technical stakeholders

- Lead alignment sessions to ensure solution components meet business, security, and compliance requirements

- Able to work independently with customer stakeholders - Business Process Owners/ SMEs/ Process Sponsors/ IT Leaders

Solution Delivery Guidance :

- Partner with development and delivery teams to validate design, review code, and enforce best practices

- Contribute to development of reference architectures, reusable accelerators, and governance checklists

Required Qualifications :

- Overall 15+ years of rich IT experience and 6+ years of experience in solution architecture, presales engineering, or senior consulting roles

- Proven track record architecting and delivering enterprise CX platforms services :

1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)

2. Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Commerce, Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics)

3. Liferay Digital Experience Platform or comparable portal/CMS solutions

4. CX Consulting & advisory

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure) and microservices architecture

- Hands-on experience with integration patterns, APIs, middleware

- Industry experience across Manufacturing, BFSI, Energy, Life Sciences is preferred with in-depth in at least one industry domain understanding including business processes, value chain and challenges

- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with ability to engage C-suite and technical audiences

- Pune location is preferred, open to Bangalore/ Noida/ Hyderabad
