Job Overview :
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design :
- Develop comprehensive solution roadmaps, system architecture, and integration strategies for D365 SCM.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for supply chain operations within the D365
ecosystem.
Business & Process Analysis :
optimized supply chain processes.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis and recommend strategic enhancements to improve and optimize supply chain operations.
- Design and document detailed functional specifications for customizations and configurations within D365 SCM.
Implementation & Configuration :
Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, and Sales Order Processing.
- Oversee critical activities such as data migration, comprehensive system testing, and smooth deployment.
- Ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and essential third-party applications.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Training :
- Train and support end-users, ensuring the effective adoption of best practices and new functionalities.
- Work closely with developers, consultants, and business leaders to ensure successful project delivery.
Governance & Continuous Improvement :
- Establish robust governance frameworks for system usage and effective change management.
- Stay updated on Microsofts roadmap for D365, actively recommending innovations to
improve supply chain efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvements and optimization of supply chain processes by leveraging D365 capabilities.
Required Qualifications :
Experience :
- 8+ years of experience in ERP implementations, with at least 5 years specifically focused on
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or a similar leadership role in large-scale ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.
Technical Skills :
Management, Production, Demand Planning).
- Experience with Power Platform, Azure integrations, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, manufacturing, and procurement.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements for supply chain
operations.
Project & Stakeholder Management :
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with both business and
technical teams.
- Strong documentation skills, including functional specifications and process flows.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time.
Preferred Certifications :
- Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant
