Role : Solution Architect ( Microsoft Dynamics )

Job Summary :

The Solution Architect BDS RC T2 will be responsible for providing end-to-end architectural oversight, solution design, and advanced support for enterprise applications within the Microsoft Dynamics (One Navision), .NET, JAVA, FuturMaster, and Reflex Logistics WMS ecosystem.

This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder management to ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient ERP and business process solutions across the EU region.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and optimize ERP and Supply Chain Solutions integrating Microsoft Dynamics (One Navision), Reflex WMS, and FuturMaster.

- Provide Level 2 technical and functional support, ensuring smooth operations of business-critical systems and processes.

- Lead architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and system enhancement initiatives across Finance (AP), Supply Chain, and Reporting domains.

- Partner with vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain ERP and related platforms.

- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring effective performance, contract compliance, and service delivery.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs while maintaining alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

- Oversee integration architecture across .NET and JAVA-based applications.

- Drive continuous improvement, system upgrades, and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and IT audit requirements.

Technical Skills Required :

- ERP Platform : Microsoft Dynamics (One Navision) deep functional and architectural understanding.

- Integration Technologies : .NET, JAVA for custom development and middleware integrations.

- Supply Chain Tools : FuturMaster (demand & supply planning), Reflex Logistics WMS.

- Architecture Expertise : Solution design, system integration, and performance optimization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on enterprise scalability and reliability.
