Solution Architect - Full Stack Development

We are seeking a dynamic Solution Architect with 10-15 years of experience in full-stack development, DevOps, AI/ML technologies, and the ability to build and lead high performing teams. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design scalable solutions while fostering a culture of excellence and establishing best practices across teams.

Technical Skills :

Architecting and Designing Solutions :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient technical solutions.

Full Stack Development :

Hands-on experience in developing enterprise applications using one or more of the following technologies :

- Node.js

- Java

- .NET Core

- PHP

- Python

API Development :

- Proven expertise in designing and developing robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Mobile Application Development :

- Experience in building Hybrid and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).

Modern Front-End Development :

- Expertise in building modern front-end applications using technologies such as: React, Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design techniques.

Database Management :

- Strong knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL ,PostGres SQL)

DevOps & AI Integration :

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.

- Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Integrate AI/ML models into applications to enable intelligent data-driven solutions.

Team Leadership & Best Practices :

- Build and lead a competent team, providing mentorship and guidance to foster growth and expertise within the team.

- Establish and enforce industry best practices, including coding standards, development methodologies, and performance optimization techniques across the organization.

Automation and Testing :

- Experience with automation tools for maintaining code quality, continuous integration, and end-to-end testing.

Job duties and responsibilities :

- Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance to project team members, actively contributing to coding efforts while fostering a collaborative, motivated, and positive work environment for both internal and external initiatives.

- Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.

- Stakeholder Communication : Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, clients, and upper management to ensure alignment on project goals, progress, and potential issues.

- Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitor project progress against established metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders through status reports and presentations.

- Lead the execution of strategic plans using the GOST framework (Goals, Objectives, Strategies, Tactics), ensuring alignment of technical initiatives with overall business goals.
