Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Solution Architect with over 12 years of experience to lead the design and implementation of robust and scalable technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical background and a proven track record of architecting complex systems across various domains, including full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and cutting-edge Gen AI applications.

This role is crucial for translating business requirements into technical solutions that drive innovation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end architectural design for enterprise-level applications and systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical standards.

- Design and implement scalable backend services using Node.js and Python.

- Architect and oversee the development of modern user interfaces using React.js.

- Drive cloud solution architecture on AWS, leveraging services for compute, storage, databases, and serverless computing.

- Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions into existing and new applications to create innovative business capabilities.

- Serve as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance to development teams and stakeholders on best practices, technology choices, and architectural patterns.

- Define and enforce security, performance, and reliability standards across all architectural designs.

- Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including solution diagrams, technical specifications, and design decisions.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance our technical stack and development lifecycle.

Required Technical Skills :

- Solution Architecture: Extensive experience in designing and leading the implementation of complex software solutions.

- Backend Development: Deep expertise in Node.js and Python.

- Frontend Development: Proficiency with React.js for building modern, responsive web applications.

- Cloud Services: Proven experience with AWS cloud architecture, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB.

- Generative AI: Hands-on experience with Gen AI technologies and their practical application in business solutions.

Qualifications and Experience :

- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a dedicated Solution Architect role.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Experience with multiple software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively present technical concepts to diverse audiences.

- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect are highly desirable.
