Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced FlexPLM Solution Architect with 18 - 20 years of overall IT experience, including 10+ years of hands-on experience in PTC FlexPLM/Windchill. The candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end PLM architecture, leading enterprise integrations, and driving large-scale PLM transformation initiatives for global retail and apparel clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define end-to-end solution architecture for FlexPLM implementations, upgrades, and transformations.

- Design scalable solutions covering Product Lifecycle Management, Product Development, Sourcing, and Supplier Collaboration.

- Provide technical leadership across FlexPLM customization, data models, workflows, rules, and Windchill architecture.

- Define architecture standards, design patterns, coding guidelines, and technical governance.

- Architect integrations between FlexPLM and ERP, e-commerce, retail, and middleware platforms such as SAP, Oracle, MuleSoft, and Boomi.

- Drive REST/SOAP API and event-driven integration architecture.

- Lead data migration, data governance, performance optimization, and technical risk mitigation.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, architecture roadmaps, and implementation strategies.

- Support RFPs, solution proposals, estimations, client presentations, and technical discussions.

- Provide architectural oversight across multiple projects and workstreams.

- Review technical designs, code, architecture documents, and ensure quality standards.

- Drive DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and Agile/SAFe practices.

- Identify opportunities for cloud-based PLM, digital transformation, and AI/GenAI adoption.

- Mentor technical teams and provide architectural direction throughout the delivery lifecycle.
