- Design and Execute POCs : Guide proofs-of-concept from start to success, proving out measurable value and ROI.

- Community Engagement : Act as the primary interface for our thousands of global users, collecting feedback and turning user insights into actionable improvements.

- Hands-On Customer Onboarding : Work side-by-side with new customers, ensuring smooth rollouts and immediate wins.

- Drive Expansion : Increase product usage within existing customers and identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements :

- Tech Ecosystem Savvy : Comfortable with dbt, SQL, Snowflake, and other key components of the modern data stack.

- Master Communicator : You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for all audiences.

- Go-Getter Attitude : Passion, persistence, and a make-it-happen mindset.

- (Bonus) Startup Experience : Been at a Series A or B startup before
