Job Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design end-to-end data and AI solutions that address business challenges and optimize decision-making.

- Define and implement best practices for data architecture, data governance, and AI model deployment.

- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-impact AI-

driven applications.

- Lead the integration of AI models with enterprise applications, ensuring seamless deployment and operational efficiency.

- Evaluate and recommend the latest technologies in data platforms, AI frameworks, and cloud-based analytics solutions.

- Ensure data security, compliance, and ethical AI implementation.

- Guide teams in adopting advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning models for predictive insights and automation.

- Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities for AI and data-driven improvements within the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).

- Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.

- Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks.

- Experience in MLOps, model deployment, and automation.

- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Java/Scala (preferred).

- Proficiency in Generative AI frameworks

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive technical conversations.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with generative AI.

- Background in developing AI-driven analytics solutions for enterprises.

- Experience with Graph RAG, Building AI Agents, Multi-Agent systems

- Additional certifications in AI/GenAI is preferred.

- Proven leadership skills are expected.
