Position: Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in AWS Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, Application Modernization, and GenAI technologies.

Key Requirements:

- 1115 years of overall IT experience with 7+ years in Solution/Technical Architecture.

- Strong experience in AWS Cloud architecture, migration, and modernization initiatives.

- Hands-on experience in migrating legacy/monolithic applications to AWS and transforming them into Microservices-based architectures.

- Expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud-Native Solutions, Event-Driven Architectures, and Integration Patterns.

- Experience with AWS services across Compute, Containers, Storage, Database, Analytics, Security, DevOps, and Governance.

- Strong background in Java and/or Python, Spring Boot, and modern application frameworks.

- Experience with Big Data/Data Engineering technologies including PySpark and AWS Analytics services.

- Exposure to GenAI technologies, LangChain, LangGraph, AI Agents, and Agentic Automation use cases.

- Knowledge of Cloud Security, Governance, DevOps, CI/CD, Monitoring, and Performance Engineering.

- Strong understanding of NFRs such as Scalability, High Availability, Performance, Multi-tenancy, and Observability.

- AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional Certification is mandatory.

- Excellent stakeholder management, client-facing, and solution consulting skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Pre-sales and solution consulting experience.

- Experience creating architecture standards, reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.

- Ability to lead technical teams and drive enterprise-wide architectural initiatives.
