Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design, develop, and oversee complex enterprise solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across multiple domains, strong architectural skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and development teams, to gather requirements and define solution scope.

- Develop and maintain high-level and detailed architectural diagrams, solution blueprints, and technical documentation.

- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

- Ensure solutions comply with security, regulatory, and industry best practices.

- Provide guidance to development teams on coding standards, best practices, and architectural decisions.

- Participate in RFPs, vendor evaluations, and technology selection processes.

- Oversee the integration of applications, platforms, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Monitor solution performance, scalability, and cost optimization, and recommend improvements.

- Mentor and guide junior architects and technical leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 to 15 years of experience in software development, architecture, or IT consulting.

- Strong experience in enterprise architecture, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and API-driven architectures.

- Proficiency in solution design, system integration, and technical documentation.

- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), networking, security, and cloud infrastructure.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in digital transformation projects, SaaS solutions, or enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM).

- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or PMP.

- Knowledge of AI/ML, big data, and modern technology stacks.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide large development teams.
