Solution Architect - AWS/Azure

Role Overview :

We are a growing IT services organization seeking a Solution Architect to provide strong technical leadership in building AI-powered, cloud-native digital solutions for global clients. This role is customer-facing and pivotal in translating business requirements into innovative, scalable technology architectures. The architect will also drive the creation of reusable solutions and accelerators on Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms to take to market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned to customer business needs, technical requirements, and architectural best practices

- Lead the development of AI-enabled, digital engineering solutions and industry-specific use cases

- Create new cloud-based offerings and reusable solution frameworks on Azure, AWS, and related platforms

- Act as a trusted technical advisor in client engagements, workshops, and solution discussions

- Drive large-scale application modernization, cloud migration, and integration initiatives

- Define architectures covering front-end, backend, APIs, data, security, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure

- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective

- Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and engineering teams to support solutioning and execution

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, digital engineering, or enterprise application development

- Strong hands-on and architectural experience with Azure and/or AWS

- Experience delivering large application modernization and integration programs

- Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and security best practices

- Experience of developing engineering tools / accelerators

- Exposure to one or more domains : BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Digital Media Operations / Ad Ops

- Proven ability to translate business problems into innovative technology solutions

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working in customer-facing roles within IT services organizations

- Proven experience in technical assessment of existing complex applications landscape

Nice to Have :

- Experience building or productizing solutions for go-to-market

- Knowledge of AI/ML solution design and implementation

- Prior experience with industry accelerators, frameworks, or platforms
