Role Overview :

As a Solution Architect based in Mumbai, you will serve as the technical bridge between complex business requirements and scalable software solutions. You will be responsible for defining the architectural roadmap, ensuring that all systems are robust, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and executive stakeholders to translate high-level business objectives into actionable technical designs. Your work will directly influence the scalability and performance of our client's digital infrastructure, ensuring that technical debt is minimized while innovation is accelerated.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design comprehensive system architectures that support high-availability and high-performance applications to meet evolving business demands.

- Lead the migration and integration of legacy systems into modern cloud-based environments using microservices architecture to improve agility.

- Define data modeling strategies that ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility across the enterprise ecosystem.

- Collaborate with security teams to embed security-by-design principles into the SDLC, mitigating risks at every layer of the stack.

- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders by creating clear UML diagrams and architectural documentation.

- Oversee the implementation of SOA and integration patterns to ensure seamless interoperability between disparate enterprise platforms.

- Mentor engineering teams on best practices in coding, system design, and architectural governance to maintain high quality across all projects.

Required Skillset :

- Proven ability to architect large-scale enterprise systems with a deep understanding of TOGAF frameworks and industry-standard design patterns.

- Expert-level proficiency in cloud computing platforms and the ability to design cost-effective, scalable infrastructure solutions.

- Strong command of microservices architecture, integration architecture, and the ability to manage complex technical dependencies.

- Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams through the full SDLC, utilizing Agile methodologies to deliver projects on time and within scope.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to senior leadership and influence strategic decision-making.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, backed by 10 - 12 years of relevant professional experience.

- High degree of adaptability to work in a hybrid environment, managing stakeholders across different time zones and technical disciplines.
