Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to understand requirements and propose optimal technical solutions.

- Define application, integration, infrastructure, and data architecture while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with organizational goals.

- Create architecture documentation, solution blueprints, technical specifications, and design artifacts.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and industry best practices.

- Guide development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle and resolve technical challenges.

- Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and performance optimization initiatives.

- Support cloud adoption, modernization, and migration strategies where applicable.

- Mentor technical teams and promote architectural governance across projects.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in enterprise solution architecture and system design.

- Expertise in application architecture, API design, microservices, and distributed systems.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Strong understanding of databases, integrations, networking, and security principles.

- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies is preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions.

- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
