About the Role :

We are hiring a Solutions Architect AWS (with AI AWS tools working (Sagemaker, Lamda and Bedrock) )to design, guide, and deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions for our customers. This role sits at the intersection of technology, customers, and delivery. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams to design cloud architectures, support migrations, and ensure reliable production environments.

While AWS will be the primary focus, familiarity with Azure and GCP is expected in a multi-cloud MSP environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Cloud Architecture & Solution Design :

- Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures using AWS best practices and the Well-Architected Framework.

- Participate in deep architectural discussions for new builds and cloud migrations.

- Define target-state architectures including compute, storage, networking, security, and DR.

- Develop technical roadmaps for future cloud implementations.

Customer Engagement & Consulting :

- Work directly with customers to understand business and technical requirements.

- Conduct discovery, assessment, and architecture workshops.

- Act as a trusted technical advisor to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.

Delivery & Technical Leadership :

- Guide System Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and Consultants during implementation.

- Support installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of cloud environments.

- Provide Level 3+ support for complex cloud infrastructure issues.

- Lead disaster recovery design and implementation in AWS.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Account Teams to support solutioning and customer success.

- Act as a subject-matter expert for AWS (and Azure/GCP) internally.

- Share best practices and lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay current on cloud services, tools, and industry trends.

- Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and services.

- Contribute to documentation, standards, and reference architectures.

Technical Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as Sagemaker, Bedrock, and Lambda.

- Experience designing and operating production cloud environments.

- Understanding of networking, security, IAM, backup, and disaster recovery.

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform).

- Knowledge of databases, application dependencies, and system integration.

- Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP) is a plus.

- Exposure to Azure and/or GCP is desirable.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 5-9 years of overall IT experience.

- 2+ years in a customer-facing or consulting role.

- Proven experience designing and supporting cloud-based solutions.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple engagements.

Preferred (Nice to Have) :

- AWS Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional certification.

- Experience with SaaS, multi-tenant platforms, or MSP environments.

- Experience conducting pre-sales technical presentations.

- Experience with cost optimization, governance, and tagging strategies.

- Willingness to travel during initial onboarding or customer engagements.
