Description :

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for elaborating solution architectures involving many IT systems in the enterprise. This way, you act as a single point of contact for our business stakeholders to translate their demand into functioning solutions that make use of each system's strengths. So you will be defining and controlling IT solutions and aligning them with all involved stakeholders (functional and technical) to find the best and most cost-efficient solution (minimal viable product).

Responsibilities :

- Develop comprehensive solution architectures, detailing how business requirements are translated into deliverables across multiple IT systems.

- Define and document technical interfaces and data structures, ensuring seamless integration and data flow between systems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify functional requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.

- Serve as the primary liaison between functional users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on solution delivery.

- Coordinate with development, operations, and platform teams to ensure architectural standards and best practices are followed.

- Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet business needs, technical requirements, and quality standards.

- Continuously review and optimize existing architectures to enhance scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and architectural patterns to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, or related IT roles.

- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex IT solutions involving multiple systems and interfaces.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, API design, and integration patterns.

- Experience with project management (agile, scrum)

- Proficiency in communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in the energy sector or similar industries.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e. g., Azure, AWS), cloud database (e. g., Snowflake), and modern integration technologies (e. g., REST, SOAP, message queues).

- Experienced in querying structured and semi-structured data (SQL, JSON) and ELT tools like Azure DataFactory, DBT.

- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.

- Familiarity with DevOps processes and technologies like Microsoft Azure DevOps, Terraform.

- Profound Experience with project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and SAFe.
