We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join the Professional Services team in Hyderabad. In this role, you'll act as a bridge between client business needs and technical solutions, leading solution design, guiding implementations, and ensuring successful onboarding of SaaS platforms. As one of the key and early team members in this function, you will get a chance to shape operational workflows and developing tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of the service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Design & Discovery : Collaborate with clients and sales teams to understand business requirements, define scope, and design tailored solutions.

- Onboarding Leadership : Lead technical aspects of client onboarding, including project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

- Technical Expertise : Maintain deep knowledge of its platforms, SaaS architecture, and emerging cybersecurity trends.

- Client Engagement : Conduct workshops, presentations, and discovery sessions to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.

- Customization & Integration : Identify and design customizations or integrations to meet client-specific needs; work closely with implementation engineers for delivery.

- Project Oversight : Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful deployment.

- Quality Assurance : Conduct solution reviews to ensure compliance with architecture standards, security requirements, and best practices.

- Team Enablement : Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of internal tools and workflows for professional services delivery.

Minimum requirements :

- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Over all experience of 8-12 yrs

- 5+ years of proven experience as a Solutions/Technical Architect in the SaaS industry.

- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with strong knowledge of the security landscape (advantage).

- Expertise in data modeling, advanced SQL, and ETL processes.

- Experience designing and delivering end-to-end solutions, customizations, and integrations.

- Familiarity with cloud fundamentals, network architecture, and integration strategies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
