Job Summary :

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Solution Architect with 8-13 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AdTech and a deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud-based architectures, and distributed systems. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, high-impact solutions for our AdTech products, from ideation to deployment. This role requires you to lead technical discussions, collaborate with cross-functional POD teams, and serve as a technical expert, ensuring all solutions meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Design :

- Architect scalable and innovative solutions for AdTech products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs.

- Develop end-to-end solution architectures for web, mobile, and cloud-based platforms using the specified tech stack.

- Advocate for best practices in system design, ensuring solutions meet non-functional requirements like scalability, reliability, and security.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional POD teams (Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations) to deliver iterative and focused solutions.

- Provide architectural guidance and best practices for system integrations, APIs, and microservices.

- Guide and mentor engineering teams during development and deployment phases, including code reviews and technical insights.

Innovation & Strategic Planning :

- Identify areas for technical improvement and drive innovation within solutions.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend the best tools and frameworks to stay ahead of market trends.

- Create technical roadmaps and detailed design documentation to align with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Core Experience :

- 8-13 years of experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency :

- Expertise in Java, Python, and/or C++.

- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).

- Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.

- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI solutions.

- Strong knowledge of databases, including MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL.

Methodologies & Tools :

- Proven experience working in an Agile environment and leading POD-based teams.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and ML lifecycle tools like MLflow or DVC.

- Knowledge of tools like Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills :

- Proven experience in the AdTech, e-commerce, or OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising technology industries.

- Experience in deploying AI models in production, including optimizing for performance and scalability.

- Understanding of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI techniques.

- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect).
