Solution Analysts - OneStream Developer - EPM Platform

Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated OneStream Developer to join our Finance Transformation team. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end implementation experience in OneStream XF, strong knowledge of financial consolidation and planning processes, and the ability to design, develop, and optimize performance management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement OneStream CPM solutions for Financial Close, Consolidation, and FP&A.

- Build and maintain metadata, cube views, dashboards, forms, quick views, and workflow profiles.

- Develop and manage business rules including :

- Custom Consolidations

- Intercompany Eliminations

- Currency Translations and Overrides

- Cash Flow Automations

- Extensibility and Event Handler Rules

- Lead or support multi-GAAP and multi-currency model designs.

- Design multi-dimensional planning models including Sales Forecasting, Workforce Planning, etc.

- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver BI and analytics solutions.

- Integrate OneStream with external systems via REST APIs, SQL, or file-based ETL.

- Ensure data integrity, perform data reconciliation, and troubleshoot integration issues.

- Participate in UAT, system testing, issue resolution, and provide end-user training.

- Deliver Smart View reports, Excel add-ins, and custom reporting packs.

- Maintain documentation for solution design, test scripts, admin guides, and training materials.

Required Qualifications :

- 3-8 years of relevant experience with EPM platforms, minimum 2 years in OneStream.

- At least 1-2 end-to-end OneStream implementation projects.

Proficiency in :

- OneStream Design Studio, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workflow

- Business Rules using VB.NET

- Smart View and Excel Add-In

- Knowledge of financial consolidation principles : intercompany eliminations, ownership accounting, adjustments.

- Strong grasp of financial close cycles and planning processes at entity and group levels.

- Experience working with marketplace solutions like BI Blend, Thing Planning, People Planning, etc.

- Ability to translate finance business requirements into technical OneStream solutions.

- Experience with SQL, RDBMS (e.g., SQL Server), and cloud-based platforms (SaaS/PaaS).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in tools like FCCS, Hyperion, Anaplan is a plus.

- Experience in OneStream extensibility framework, including Dashboard Extender Rules and Event Handlers.

- Familiarity with Data Management, Reconciliation, and Audit compliance modules.

- Prior participation in OneStream official training : Application Build for Consultants or Administrators.
