Solution Analyst

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Solution Analyst with strong Business Analysis and Technical skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and working closely with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions. A Solution Analyst role here seems to be a bridge between Business Analysis with technical skills. They take the raw technical data/details from Architects and convert them into functional.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.

- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solution alignment.

- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flows.

- Support in designing solution architecture with technical teams.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide production support when required.

- Ensure compliance with organizational and client standards in solution delivery.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Specific Skills Required :

- Familiarity with UML, Use Cases, and Process Flow diagrams.

- Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Technical knowledge in at least one of the following :

- Web & Mobile Application Development (Angular, React, Flutter, or similar)

- Backend Technologies (Java, Node.js, .NET, or Python)

- Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure added advantage)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in client-facing roles.

- Exposure to ERP/CRM systems or large-scale enterprise applications.

- Knowledge of API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman).

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Qualifications :

- 5+ years of proven experience as a Solution Analyst / Business Analyst
