CI/CD & Automation :

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications and environments.

- Automate build, test, release, and deployment workflows.

- Optimize pipelines for speed, reliability, and security.

- Implement branching strategies and release management best practices.

Cloud & Infrastructure Management :

- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS / Azure / GCP.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.

- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery.

Monitoring, Reliability & Performance :

- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.

- Ensure system reliability, uptime, and performance SLAs.

- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and outages.

- Drive improvements in observability and resilience.

Security & Compliance (DevSecOps) :

- Embed security best practices into CI/CD pipelines.

- Manage secrets, access controls, and vulnerability scanning.

- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

- Collaborate with security teams on audits and incident response.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with product owners and engineering leaders to align DevOps initiatives with business goals.

- Provide technical guidance during architecture and design discussions.

Technical Skills & Competencies :

Core Technical Skills :

- Strong experience with Linux/Unix system administration.

- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).

- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Groovy.

- Knowledge of networking concepts, load balancing, and security best practices.

Good to Have :

- Experience with microservices architectures.

- Knowledge of Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd).

- Exposure to SRE practices and SLIs/SLOs.
