As we grow, were looking to bring on a talented UX/UI Designer to help shape the future of our internal tools and consumer-facing products.

Role Overview :

Were seeking a passionate, self-driven UX/UI Designer who has a strong design foundation and experience in both B2C and B2B domains.

In this role, you will work closely with the senior product designer, product managers, and tech team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, user-centric designs.

This is a collaborative role that requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to making solar energy more accessible and user-friendly.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, and PMs) to deliver design solutions for both internal tools and consumer-facing products.

- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that translate business requirements into functional, user-friendly designs.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

- Ensure all design outputs adhere to SolarSquares brand guidelines and design principles.

- Maintain a deep understanding of product complexities and work to simplify them through design.

- Provide design solutions for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.

- Stay updated on design trends, UX/UI best practices, and emerging technologies.

- Assist in developing design systems and UI components to maintain consistency across products.

Ideal Candidate :

- A strong portfolio showcasing your work in B2C and B2B domains.

- 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design with a focus on product design, ideally within the tech, energy, or related industries.

- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design processes, and usability best practices.

- Ability to balance creativity with technical feasibility and design constraints.

- Basic knowledge of tech and how to work best within constraints to deliver impactful design.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Collaborative and communicative, with a willingness to work closely with developers and product managers.

- A degree in design or related fields is ideal but not mandatory.
