Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact business outcomes.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and business performance.

- Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to provide datadriven recommendations.

- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives.

- Use statistical methods to interpret data and build predictive models where necessary.

- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.

- Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes for efficiency.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

- 25 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

- Hands-on experience with Python/R for data analysis is a plus.

- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
