Job Description

At SolarSquare, we're building digital-first journeys to power the solar adoption experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager (APM) who can support

discovery, execution, and analytics for key product initiatives. You'll work closely with senior product leaders and cross-functional teams to define, build, and scale digital solutions across SolarSquare's ecosystem-control towers, field-force tools, monitoring dashboards, and more. This is a high learning, high-impact role designed for early-career product professionals who want to build a strong foundation in product management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Discovery & Research :


1. Support definition of product requirements and user stories.

2. Map user journeys across customers, internal users, and operations teams to uncover gaps.

- Execution & Delivery :

1. Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality product features.

2. Ensure alignment between on-ground realities (field ops) and tech development.

- Analytics & Insights :

1. Track product performance using analytics and funnel metrics.

2. Generate actionable insights to improve adoption, retention, and experience.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's in Engineering/Technology/Management. MBA is a plus but not mandatory.

- > 2-3 years of experience as Product/Business Analyst, or

- > 1-2 years of experience in product management, or

- > Fresher with strong referrals from a product cohort/program (e.g. Unlearn, NextLeap)

- Strong analytical ability to break down problems, measure impact, and drive data-backed decision -making.

- Basic understanding of DB schema, API workflows, system thinking.

- Strong communication with both developers and field staff.

- Sharp eye for user journeys, intuitive experiences, and simplification.
