Software Testing Lead - Automation Testing

Description :

We are looking for a Lead - Software Testing who will supervise the testing team and drive quality assurance across product development. The role involves ensuring products meet quality, performance, and efficiency standards while working closely with development teams to stay aligned with product enhancements. Strong hands-on experience in Selenium and coding in C# is essential.

Responsibilities :

- Review and publish test cases during requirements gathering sessions.

- Conduct post-release verification after production deployments.

- Record, assess, and approve issues in the tracking system; set ownership and priorities.

- Ensure timely progress of defect resolution per defect management standards.

- Manage QA environment, builds, and release processes.

- Provide accurate status updates, defect metrics, and quality reports.

- Handle multiple projects and communicate effectively across all levels.

- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium and C#.

- Manage QA team performance, discipline, and resource allocation.

- Mentor QA analysts on test planning and test case development.

- Collaborate with business analysts and developers on requirements and project reviews.

- Design, track, and share metrics to monitor product quality.

- Facilitate communication between development and testing teams.

- Work with the Global Test Manager and QA Architect to scale test automation.

Requirements :

- Certifications in ISTQB, Six Sigma, Quality Improvement, Quality Auditor, or Quality Engineer (Desirable).

Experience and Skills :

- Experience in implementing corrective and preventive measures.

- Strong multitasking abilities.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium and C# automation (Essential).
