Role Overview :

As a Software Tester you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and working closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements and design specifications to ensure thorough test coverage.

- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems, collaborating with developers to resolve issues efficiently.

- Perform manual testing, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate software functionality and performance.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify ambiguities, and ensure alignment on testing objectives.

- Participate in test planning, test execution, and defect triage meetings, providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve the overall quality of the software.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

- Design and implement test automation frameworks using Automation Anywhere to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.

- Act as a Test Architect, providing technical leadership and guidance to the testing team, ensuring the implementation of best practices and innovative testing solutions.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.

- Proven expertise in performing manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

- Strong proficiency in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using various automation tools and frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere for designing and implementing test automation solutions.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot software defects effectively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Adaptability to work in Overseas/International,Anywhere in India/Multiple Locations.
