Job Description :

- Job Title: Tester II Software Testing(ORMB tool, ADO, Automation Selenium, functionize).

- Experience: 5+ Years.

- Location: Trivandrum.

- 5+ years of experience

Must Have :

- Manual Testing in Healthcare Insurance domain and Quality Assurance

Good to Have :

- Automation Testing Experience/Knowledge of ORMB

- Experienced in Healthcare and Healthcare Insurance domain especially on Insurance Billing, billing/invoice flow, payment, General Ledger (GL)

Knowledge on the following items :

- Insurance products policy, plan, Medical, ancillary (dental/vision/Rx)

- Line of Business Group, Consumer

- Terminologies Invoice/Payment/Refund/Write-Off/Offset/Delinquency

- Payment Types Cash, Chek, EBPP, non-EBPP

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform manual quality assurance testing of ORMB product

- Apply QA methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure product quality.

- Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

- Document and communicate test results and defects effectively.
