Key Responsibilities :
- Design and write clean, high-quality test cases to thoroughly verify product functionality.
- Conduct manual testing for systems, networks, applications, databases, and software.
- Write and manage test cases, test plans, and bug reports using JIRA.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Analyze test data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Log and document errors and issues in the tracking system.
- Prepare reports to communicate test outcomes and quality findings.
- Draft and maintain Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies :
- 2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Experience testing Windows/Desktop applications is a must.
- Familiarity with test case management and bug tracking tools (preferably JIRA).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills to convey test results and issues effectively
