Roles and Responsibilities :

- Understand and analyze requirements to perform manual testing.

- Develop and execute test cases for complex situations.

- Document errors and issues, creating detailed reports for fixes.

- Design and Implement Test Automation Frameworks: Create and maintain reusable, efficient, and scalable test automation frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

- Develop and Execute Test Cases: Write and execute test cases for different software functionalities, including UI, backend, and integration layers, ensuring coverage of business requirements.

- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify test requirements, report bugs, and ensure timely resolution.

- Continuous Testing and CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing, ensuring that automated test results are promptly reported.

- Performance and Load Testing: Conduct performance testing to ensure that the software can handle expected and unexpected loads and is stable under various conditions.

- Reporting and Documentation: Document test cases, test plans, and results, and provide clear, actionable bug reports and testing summaries for stakeholders.

- Proactively report bugs and follow up on their status across different teams.

- Conduct user acceptance testing and functionality checks before product delivery.

- Monitor risk-management procedures and analyze problem logs to identify recurring issues.

- Conduct detailed requirements analysis and document processes for IT and development teams.

- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).

- Support initiatives to improve reporting quality and maintain solution integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

- Create wireframes to visualize requirements and solutions.

- Conduct research and interviews to determine IT business requirements and facilitate decision-making processes.

- Create Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases.

- Analyzing user stories and use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.

- Execution of various levels of testing; Functional, and non-functional.

- Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.

- Prepare RTM, Test Summary Reports and Bugs Matrix.

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for both manual and automated testing.

- Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and features.

- Perform functional, integration, regression, security and performance testing.

- Identify, document, and track software defects to closure.

- Work closely with developers to debug and troubleshoot issues.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or equivalent.

- Continuously improve testing processes and frameworks to enhance product quality.

Required Candidate profile :

Qualifications :

- Any Graduated

- Black box test case creation and execution.

- Execute test case manual and analyze results.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
