Software Test Engineer (Functional + Automation)

Location : Bangalore (Work from Office)

Experience : 4 - 6 years

Domain : Finance / Fintech preferred

About the Role :

We're looking for a Software Test Engineer who's passionate about quality, detail, and collaboration. You'll work closely with developers and product teams to plan, create, and execute test cases - ensuring our products perform flawlessly. If you have solid functional testing experience with a touch of automation, this role is for you!

What You'll Do :

- Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing for web applications.

- Create and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scripts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless releases.

- Track and manage defects through their lifecycle.

- Contribute to automation testing (Selenium or similar tools).

- Participate in UAT and production validations.

What We're Looking For :

- 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in manual/functional testing.

- Basic knowledge of automation frameworks (Selenium / TestNG / JUnit).

- Familiarity with JIRA, SQL, and SDLC/STLC concepts.

- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

- Experience in the finance or fintech domain is a big plus.

Bonus Skills :

- Exposure to API testing (Postman / Swagger).

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile processes.
