Software Test Engineer - ERP/CRM Applications

Job Title : Software Test Engineer (ERP/CRM Applications)

Location : Bengaluru / Pune (Hybrid)

Experience : 4-6 years

Employment Type : Contract (<6 months, extendable)

Shifts : Rotational

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and performance testing for enterprise applications, including Dynamics 365.

- Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or HP ALM.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Conduct API testing and validate integrations across enterprise applications.

- Support end-users during UAT, providing guidance and resolving issues.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing of ERP or CRM applications.

- Strong experience in manual testing (test case creation, execution, defect management).

- Proficient with test management tools Azure DevOps, Jira, or HP ALM.

- Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred (Good to Have) :

- Experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) testing.
