Description:

We are seeking a passionate Software Test Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for both Web and Mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automating applications built with React and Next.js. This role involves working with modern automation tools such as Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript) for web automation and Appium for mobile platforms (Android/iOS). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage, platform stability, and the delivery of high-quality releases across all environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright / Selenium / Appium.

- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to understand requirements and improve overall test coverage.

- Execute, monitor, and analyze automated test suites across web and mobile platforms.

- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins.

- Maintain and manage test data, environments, and reusable components to support stable test execution.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and report automation test failures with clear and detailed analysis.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks, processes, and testing strategies.

- Perform functional, regression, and responsive testing across various browsers and devices.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Cricket knowledge is a must.

- Hands-on experience with Playwright using JavaScript/TypeScript for web automation.

- Hands-on experience with Appium for Android/iOS mobile automation.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and the defect life cycle.

- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and DOM.

- Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.

- Experience with Git for version control and Jenkins/GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

- Certification or training in Automation Testing is optional.
