- Develop and implement an innovative strategy for the testing and validation of all product changes

- Build and coach a team responsible for test plan creation and execution keeping test prioritization in mind

- Drive the creation and maintenance of test libraries to include Functional , Regression , System and End to End tests

- Continually seek to improve existing testing processes, tooling and artifacts and maintain effective documentation of the same

- Develop processes to more tightly integrate Software testing with Product Development which will include working in Test Automation strategies

- Develop Test Automation Strategy to increase coverage and drive effective test execution

- Work with Development and Product Management to ensure appropriate test plan creation and execution keeping in line with customer asks

- Drive Quality Gates for each Software Release working in conjunction with Release Management , ensuring adherence to Release Sign off criteria

- Create Metrics, Dashboards and effective Reports that chart the trend of Product Quality

- Driving Module Knowledge and expertise sessions between Subject Matter Experts and Test Engineers to drive the culture of Smart Testers

- Drive Anomaly resolution through monitoring of Defect and Bug Backlogs , highlighting the aging of defects to Engineering and Product Managers

- Resource Management providing mentoring and direction to quality assurance professionals

- Develop and maintain testing strategies for the Quality Assurance of our Digital Offerings

- Ensure comprehensive test coverage by working closely with the software developers

- Execute test cases, manage defects and communicate testing status

- Work in a multidisciplinary Agile team

- Focus on quality, continuous improvement of tests and test efficiency

- Analyse the root cause for testing failures and open appropriate defects with sufficient findings

Experience :

- Hands-on with automated testing tools (like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright).

- Proven track record in creating and executing test plans and strategies.

- Experience in performance, load, and stress testing.

- Familiarity with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

- Background in defect management and root cause analysis.

Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

- Proficiency in coding/scripting for test automation.

- Knowledge of performance testing tools.

- Familiarity with security and compliance testing.

- Good grasp of Agile/Scrum processes and practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
