Job Description :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Solutions and Design Engineer to join our growing team at Innovature, Infopark, Kochi.

- The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, architectural thinking, and client engagement skills someone who can design robust, scalable solutions while communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Design and document software architecture concepts, including system design diagrams, data flows, and integration plans.

- Partner with technology experts and development teams to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and performance.

- Develop and deliver technical presentations and demos to support pre-sales engagements and client proposals.

- Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to ensure continuous innovation in solution design.

Qualifications :

- 4-7 years of experience in software development and design.

- 1-2 years of experience in software or solution architecture roles (preferred).

- Proven ability to conceptualize and translate complex requirements into practical, implementable solutions.

- Strong understanding of software architecture concepts, design patterns, and modern application frameworks.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a proven record of successful client interaction.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams and stakeholders.

- A strong commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and staying updated with emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Familiarity with microservices architecture, API design, and system integration.

- Exposure to pre-sales solutioning or client-facing technical roles.
