Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Contribute to the design and architecture of new or re-engineered software/storage environments

- Prepare written software/storage specifications for sophisticated products from architectural diagrams and documents

- Build and review design, functional, technical and/or user documentation, as needed

- Implement Client and Server-side automations within the ServiceNow platform with scripting, including but not limited to Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Actions, Workflows, Data Policies, ACLs, etc

- Implement integrations with external systems for the ServiceNow platform with scripting, including but not limited to Scripted REST API, Scheduled Jobs, ECC Queue, Event Queue.

Mandatory Skills :

- ServiceNow Developer with Full Stack (UI experience)

- ServiceNow Developer + UI development (Javascript, Angular, Java, microservices, NodeJS) + Kafka (6 months experience in kafka is good)

- [RATE REDACTED] years of software development experience focused on designing and implementing Java-based microservices architectures, JavaScript, Glide AngularJS, Jelly, HTML/CSS and XML/JSON

- Experience in ServiceNow architecture and primary applications like Incident, Service Catalog, Change, CMDB, KB, Self-Service, Update Sets.

- Ability to Design and Implement custom user interface to provide general availability for internal tools with scripting, including but not limited to UI Scripts, UI Macro, UI Page and GlideAjax

- Solid understanding of event-driven architectures and asynchronous designs using Kafka.

Good to have :

- Understanding of SCRUM/Agile methodologies

- Experience with GitOps and Kubernetes tooling (Helm/Kustomize).

- Exposure to Agentic AI / GenAI for workflow automation and intelligent developer tooling.
