About the Role :

Were seeking a skilled QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our SaaS web and backend systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both manual and automation testing, working closely with development and DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and system observability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing on SaaS web applications.

- Conduct backend and database testing, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Validate Elastic Search functionality and relevance of search results.

- Build and maintain Grafana dashboards for monitoring performance and reliability.

- Develop and execute automation scripts using Puppeteer or Playwright.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).

- Ensure quality across cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

- Track and manage issues using JIRA and document test processes in Confluence.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of QA experience in SaaS/web applications.

- 2+ years of automation testing with Puppeteer or Playwright.

- Experience with backend testing and database validation.

- Hands-on with Elastic Search and Grafana.

- Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms.

- Experience integrating QA automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience testing AI/LLM-based applications.

- Certifications in QA, Automation, or Cloud are a plus.
